Terms of Use

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using SnapBook. Logging in or creating an account means you agree to the terms below.

1. General Provisions

SnapBook (hereinafter "the Platform") is an internet service that serves as a connecting tool between photographers and clients. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. Registration on the Platform is permitted only for persons aged 18 or older. Minors under 18 may use the Platform exclusively with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; accounts identified as belonging to minors without such consent will be terminated.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

The user is obligated to: • Provide accurate and current information during registration; • Maintain the confidentiality of their account; • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their account. SnapBook is not responsible for the consequences of a user disclosing their account credentials or password.

3. For Photographers

A photographer registered on SnapBook is obligated to: • Only upload their own work in their portfolio; • Indicate correct prices and service terms to clients; • Deliver services to the quality agreed upon in terms; • Ensure that information shown on their profile (specialization, city, price) is accurate. Photographers are solely responsible for obtaining consent from photographed subjects (including written consent from parents or legal guardians of minors) before uploading portraits or recognizable images to SnapBook. SnapBook does not verify and assumes no liability for subject consent. SnapBook reserves the right to suspend a photographer's profile at any time for violation of these terms.

4. For Clients

The client is obligated to: • Send requests/bookings to photographers in good faith; • Appear at the photoshoot at the agreed time; • Pay the agreed fee. Reviews must reflect real experience. False or offensive reviews may be removed by the administration.

5. Content and Copyrights

Copyright for photos posted on the Platform belongs to the photographer. SnapBook has a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use content within the Platform — in search results and promotional materials. SnapBook will not sell or transfer photos to third parties without the user's knowledge.

6. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform: • Pornographic or sexually explicit content; • Nudity (except artistic/professional contexts, subject to moderation); • Images of weapons, violence, or gore; • Promotion of drugs or illegal substances; • Racism, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material. SnapBook reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

SnapBook collects the following data: • Name, email (during registration); • Uploaded photos and portfolio; • Text of requests and reviews; • IP address and device type (for logs). Data is stored on Supabase servers (EU region). SnapBook does not sell personal data. Communications: SnapBook may send transactional emails (inquiry notification, review response). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapBook is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any contract made between a user and a photographer. SnapBook is not responsible for: • Cancellation of a photoshoot by either party; • Disputed payment matters; • Quality of photos or delivery timelines. The Platform is provided "as is." SnapBook makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

SnapBook reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notification of changes will be sent by email or displayed on the Platform. Continued use after terms change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you have questions, contact us: info@snapbook.ge
